The standards this site is written to
This site is patient education published by Chongqing West District Hospital, a tertiary general hospital. It is written to the hospital’s content standards and to the advertising rules governing medical content, which is why it reads differently from a commercial clinic page. The limits of each route are stated in the same place as its uses, the two routes are given the same amount of space, and no page is arranged to move a reader toward a booked treatment.
What this site does not do
It names no drug brand and no device brand, and it describes the non-surgical route only as a device that destroys fat cells through intact skin, without naming any energy, platform or product. It quotes no dosage and no price. It ranks the two options in no order: neither the operation nor the device course is presented as the default, as the first step, or as what most people should have. It promises no outcome on either side, and it publishes no before-and-after gallery used as a promise.
Session counts and plans
Where session counts and intervals appear on this site they are written as ranges, and they describe how a plan of this kind is usually arranged rather than what your own plan would be. How many sessions an area asks for, and how far apart they are placed, depend on the area, the amount of fat present, the skin and the response to treatment. Those are settled at an assessment, and any plan quoted before an examination is a guess.
Corrections
If you believe something on this site is inaccurate, raise it through the hospital administration contact. Corrections that affect clinical meaning are reviewed by the responsible physician before publication, and the review date shown on each article changes when that happens. Suggestions about clarity are read as well, because a comparison that a patient cannot follow has failed at the job it was written for, and the reader is the person best placed to say so.
